Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with ATTACCA. If the Software does not meet your needs, we offer refunds and cancellations under the conditions described below. All purchases are processed by Paddle, our payment partner, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

2. Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime license purchases (Standard or Pro) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Simply email [email protected] with your order number, or use the purchase management link in your Paddle receipt email.

After the 14-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only for verified technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning on your system and that we are unable to resolve through support.

3. Subscription Purchases

You may cancel your subscription (Standard or Pro, monthly or annual) at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, your Pro or Standard license remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your license automatically reverts to the Free tier. Your show files and data are not affected.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
  • To cancel: use the Paddle customer portal (accessible from your receipt email or your ATTACCA account dashboard), or email [email protected].

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request
  • Or use the purchase management link in your Paddle receipt email to submit a refund request directly
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day refund window (lifetime purchases)
  • Failure to review the system requirements listed on our website before purchase
  • Issues caused by third-party hardware, drivers, software, or network configurations outside of our control
  • Violation of the Terms of Service

6. Technical Issues

If ATTACCA does not function on your system due to a verified software defect and we are unable to resolve the issue through support, we will issue a full refund regardless of the refund window. We encourage you to contact support before requesting a refund for technical issues — we can often resolve problems quickly.
